AppliedWisdom has a combined 50+ years’ experience in selection and hiring services, business consulting, team and personal development. We have provided over 18,000 Kolbe consultations to clients throughout the United States, Canada and Europe.
In 2003, Mark established AppliedWisdom as a result of many clients asking for his expertise as a Kolbe Certified™ Master Team Consultant for organizational, team and individual development. He has over 35 years of experience in providing business solutions as well as being a successful entrepreneur, consultant and coach.
After graduating from Texas A&M-Kingsville, Mark worked for several national staffing companies throughout the sourheast, and he worked for several oil, gas and chemical companies nationwide for over 20 years. He is a past Chairman of the Board of the Cumming-Forsyth Chamber of Commerce, past President of the South Forsyth Rotary Club, and a graduate and alumnus of Leadership Forsyth. As a committed member of his local community, Mark has served since 2007 in the Georgia House of Representatives, where he is Chairman of the House Industry and Labor committee.
Mark and his wife Sandra reside in Cumming, Georgia. They have three daughters, two grandsons and one granddaughter. Both are active members of Cumming First Baptist Church.
Brooke joined AppliedWisdom in 2013 after working for several years during the summer as an intern. As the Office Manager, she assists clients with their team development needs.
As a graduate of Valdosta State University with a degree in Business, Brooke also attended specific classes to receive a Human Resource Certificate from the Langdale College of Business.
Brooke is an alumnus of the Kappa Delta Sorority and is very involved in her community. She has enjoyed assisting with a local Girl Scout troop, volunteered in Red Cross Blood Drives, and raised money for Prevent Child Abuse America.
